    Sales Associate

    The Sales Associate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building lasting client relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our cutting-edge financial technology solutions to prospective clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
    2. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our FinTech solutions.
    3. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
    4. Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries throughout the sales process.
    5. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

    1. Monthly Sales Targets: Achieve and surpass monthly sales quotas.
    2. Conversion Rates: Maintain a high conversion rate from leads to closed deals.
    3. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
    4. Pipeline Growth: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue generation.
    5. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our FinTech products and their applications.

    Requirements:

    1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Buis admin, or related field preferred.
    2. Experience: Proven track record in sales, with at least 2 years of experience in selling financial technology products or services.
    3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    4. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry.
    5. Tech Savvy: Comfortable using and presenting technology solutions.
    6. Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
    7. Team Player: Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.

    The selected candidate will be trained on the job but is required to have amble knowlege on sales and willing to learn.
