    Transport/Logistics Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Directing all transportation activities.
    • Developing transportation relationships.

    Requirement

    • Tact, diplomacy and calmness, especially when dealing with tired drivers and disgruntled customers.
    • Excellent geographical knowledge.
    • Good people management and coordination skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
    • Extensive knowledge of the transportation industry

    Account Officer

    The ideal candidate is expected to:

    • Management of the finance functions.
    • Preparation of bank reconciliation report.
    • Maintenance of financial ledgers and accounting processes
    • Financial modeling and analysis
    • Cash management and treasury duties

    • Experience:minimum of 3 years’ on the job experience.

    Audit & Inspection Officer

    The ideal candidate is expected to:

    • Carry out full audit cycle including risk management and control over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations including the organization policies
    • Determine internal audit scope and develop Audit manuals
    • Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and documentation process
    • Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings procedures.
    • Document processes and prepare audit findings memorandum
    • Conduct follow up audits to monitor improvement on any reported weak control procedures

    Requirement

    • Qualification: A degree in accounting and/or any other financial related discipline
    • Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ on the job experience.

    Competencies:

    • Transport clients and/or packages to and from destinations
    • Arrive at destinations on schedule
    • Fulfill administrative needs, like office pickups
    • Interact with clients professionally at all times
    • Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use
    • Arrange for vehicle repairs as needed
    • Keep mileage records and repair records up-to-date

    Qualification:

    • O’LEVEL and a minimum of 3 years’ experience
