    Sales Coordinator

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales efforts, and providing excellent customer service. 

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate Sales Activities: Work closely with the sales team to assist in planning and executing sales strategies, including tracking email, social media and lead generation campaigns.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
    • Order Processing: Process sales orders, sending invoices, following up with owing customers and ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Keep detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.
    • Prepare Sales Reports: Generate and analyse sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
    • Assist in Marketing Efforts: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities, emails and campaigns to drive sales
    • Provide Sales Support: Assist the sales team with product knowledge, pricing information, general knowledge of both car and aircraft makes and models amongst other relevant details needed to close deals.
    • Schedule Appointments and Follow-ups: Arrange meetings and appointments for the sales team, and ensure timely follow-ups.
    • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

    • Must have a laptop.
    • Fully remote
    • Needs good & strong Wi-Fi
    • Must have tele sales experience , particularly closing sales over the phone. 
    • 4 days on, 4 days off shift pattern
    • Working 08:00 18:00 UK time
    • Must be able to handle customer objections, listen to understand the customers needs and explain the value of the service to the customer.
    • Researching and understanding what the company does is expected, and to have general knowledge on both aircraft and automotive facts
